- Non-refundable tickets may not qualify for a refund but may be eligible for travel credit, subject to the airline’s discretion.
- Refundable tickets are subject to airline processing times, which may take 7-30 business days.
4. Fees and Charges
- Skyway Tickets may charge a service fee for processing cancellation requests. This fee is in addition to any charges levied by the airline.
- The total amount refunded will be the ticket price minus applicable airline fees and service charges.
5. Changes and Rescheduling
- If you wish to reschedule your flight instead of canceling, this is subject to airline availability and fees.

6. No-Show Policy
- Failure to cancel your booking prior to the flight’s scheduled departure time will result in a “no-show” status.
- No-show bookings are generally non-refundable, and no travel credit will be issued unless stated otherwise by the airline.
